Whitley Frazier, LCSW
About Whitley Frazier, LCSW
I created Serene Insights Therapy for people who are used to carrying a lot.
The ones who show up, handle responsibilities, care for everyone else, and somehow keep functioning—even when anxiety, trauma, burnout, relationship patterns, or major life changes are taking a toll behind the scenes.
I’m Whitley Frazier, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, EMDR-trained therapist, clinical supervisor, and founder of Serene Insights Therapy.
My work is rooted in the belief that therapy should be more than a place to talk about what is wrong. It should help you understand what is happening, identify the patterns keeping you stuck, and create meaningful change in your everyday life.
My clinical style is warm, direct, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I use evidence-based approaches including EMDR, DBT, CBT, solution-focused therapy, and other interventions based on each client’s individual needs.
I especially enjoy working with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, boundaries, relationship concerns, identity shifts, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with are highly capable and high-functioning, but have reached a point where simply pushing through is no longer enough.
As Serene Insights Therapy has grown, so has the work I feel called to provide.
In addition to individual therapy and EMDR services, my practice provides immigration mental health evaluations and clinical supervision for emerging social work professionals. I am also expanding into professional education, consultation, and training designed to support clinicians and organizations in strengthening their clinical skills and confidence.
Whether I am working with a therapy client, completing an immigration evaluation, or supporting another clinician, the goal remains the same: to provide thoughtful, ethical, clinically sound care that creates movement.
You do not have to remain in survival mode simply because you have learned how to function there.
Sometimes the next step is not learning how to carry more.
It is learning what you are finally ready to put down.

About
My name is Neo Frazier
As the administrative assistant at Serene Insights Therapy, my role is to support our therapist in providing exceptional care to our clients. I take pride in ensuring that our therapist has everything she needs to help our clients achieve their mental health goals.

My Approach
Therapy with me is not about reliving your pain indefinitely or leaving every session feeling raw and unresolved. It's about moving through what has been holding you back — purposefully, safely, and at a pace that honors where you are.
I work from a trauma-informed foundation, which means I understand that what happened to you shaped how you think, feel, and move through the world. Before we can change the patterns, we have to understand the roots. That's where we start.
