What Is EMDR?
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a research-backed therapy that helps people process distressing memories, reduce emotional overwhelm, and shift unhelpful beliefs. It’s not traditional talk therapy—EMDR works directly with the brain and body to support healing from the inside out.
Who Is EMDR For?
-
Trauma (including childhood trauma, relationship trauma, or single events)
-
Depression
-
Anxiety
-
Grief & loss
-
Performance anxiety or creative blocks
-
People feeling “stuck” in talk therapy but ready for a breakthrough
Why Choose an EMDR Intensive?
Focused, Accelerated Support
EMDR intensives offer extended, uninterrupted time to work through distressing experiences. Many clients notice a reduction in symptoms such as anxiety, intrusive memories, and emotional overwhelm more quickly than with traditional weekly sessions.

Meaningful, Long-Term Shifts
Rather than providing short-term coping alone, EMDR intensives help create deeper internal changes. Clients often experience improvements in how they think, feel, and respond to life stressors, supporting lasting emotional growth.

Healing at the Root
This approach goes beyond symptom management by addressing the underlying experiences that continue to impact your emotional well-being. EMDR intensives support healing on a cognitive, emotional, and nervous-system level.

Restoring a Sense of Control
Many clients leave EMDR intensives feeling more grounded, confident, and empowered. The process often helps individuals reconnect with their inner strengths and feel more capable of managing their emotions and daily life.
