What Is EMDR?
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a research-backed therapy that helps people process distressing memories, reduce emotional overwhelm, and shift unhelpful beliefs. It’s not traditional talk therapy—EMDR works directly with the brain and body to support healing from the inside out.
Who Is EMDR For?
-
Trauma (including childhood trauma, relationship trauma, or single events)
-
Depression
-
Anxiety
-
Grief & loss
-
Performance anxiety or creative blocks
-
People feeling “stuck” in talk therapy but ready for a breakthrough
Why Choose an EMDR Intensive?
Sometimes, weekly therapy just isn't enough—or you’re ready to dig deeper without spreading your work out over months. EMDR Intensives allow for extended time to process in a structured and supportive way.
Whether you're a busy professional, a trauma survivor, or simply ready for a breakthrough, intensives help you:
✔ Access deeper healing faster
✔ Reduce symptoms in a shorter time frame
✔ Receive personalized care with prep + follow-up included
